Browsing this website
This storefront is hosted through OpenAI Sites and its hosting providers. Requests may generate ordinary service logs, including IP address, browser information, page requests, and timestamps, for delivery, security, and troubleshooting. We have not added advertising pixels, analytics scripts, newsletter forms, or optional tracking cookies to this site.
Checkout and downloads
When checkout opens, it takes place on Payhip. Payhip and the connected payment provider process the information needed for payment, tax, fraud checks, receipts, and digital delivery. That can include your name, email, billing information, country, IP address, and transaction details. We can receive order records and customer contact details to fulfill and support orders. Full payment-card details are handled by the payment provider; this website does not collect them.
Review Payhip’s privacy policy and the privacy information shown by the payment provider at checkout. Their services may use their own cookies and operate under their own terms.
Emails and support
Messages sent to hello@tremendousgreetings.com are handled through Zoho Mail. We use the details you provide to answer questions and resolve problems. Please avoid sending card numbers, passwords, or identity documents. Purchase and support emails do not subscribe you to a marketing list.
Retention and sharing
We keep order and support records as needed to provide access, resolve disputes, meet accounting and legal requirements, and protect the service. Relevant information may be processed by our hosting, email, storefront, and payment providers for those purposes, including outside your country. We may disclose information where required by law.
Your choices
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information we hold about you by emailing hello@tremendousgreetings.com. We may need to verify your request and retain records required by law. Requests concerning information held independently by Payhip or your payment provider should also be directed to that provider.
Children and changes
The store is intended for adults making purchases, and is not designed to collect information from children under 13. If you believe a child has sent us personal information, please contact us. We will update this page when our practices change.
